Genes Genes
Retrieve coexpressed gene pairs from CoXPresdb and genetic interactions from BioGRID.
The following parameters can be used to set thresholds on z_score from CoXPresdb: gt (>), gte (>=), lt (<), lte (<=).
At least one of these fields is required: gene_id, hgnc_id, gene_name, alias.
The limit parameter controls the page size and can not exceed 100.
Pagination is 0-based.
